Returns and Exchanges

All sales processed through Plonk Wine Merchants are final. Items may not be returned for an exchange, except if delivered broken or otherwise physically damaged. Please contact Customer Service at 1-877-50-PLONK (75665), within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery, to report broken bottles or otherwise damaged products and request an exchange. All requests for exchange must be accompanied by written proof of purchase from Plonk Wine Merchants.

Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

Plonk Wine Merchants does not sell alcoholic beverages to people under the age of 21. An adult signature (at least 21 years of age) will be required upon delivery of all shipments. By using this site you affirm that you are over the age of 21 and that any alcohol you purchase from this site is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, Plonk Wine Merchants will cause you to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

If we encounter difficulty when processing an order, we will use this information to contact the customer.
