Viña Litoral Ventolera Sauvignon Blanc

The Leyda Valley is Chile's premier zone for cool climate Sauvignon Blanc and this is one of the most elegant examples I've seen. Teeming with tangy and zippy flavors of white grapefruit and ocean brine, this very classy bottling shows subtle cut grass and green asparagus undertones, as well as a chalky minerality that is rarely seen in Chilean Sauvignon Blancs.
