Kevin O'Connor, the former wine director at Wolfgang Puck's famous LA restaurant, Spago, is co-founder of this incredible winery, which is helping to redefine California wine as we know it. This intriguing blend of old vines Carignan, Grenache, and Petite Sirah is super juicy and sinuous in the mouth, showing exotic notes of cinnamon, clove, mulberry, and plum fruit. This sassy wine comes across very fresh and pure and is reminiscent of similar blends from the Languedoc and Roussillon in France.
