Areo Malbec

This sexy and unusual Malbec hails from the remote region of Neuquén in the Argentine portion of Patagonia. Malbec takes on a very distinct character in the extreme landscape of Patagonia and you'll see much more of an Old World expression on this wine than what you'll get with Malbecs from Mendoza. This is sinuous, densely layered juice that boasts earthy notes of leather and tar as well as succulent black and blue fruit. Nice solid grip on the finish.

This is an awesome Malbec! Had it with steak and chimichuri. It was great...
